Mary Jo Greil founded the Carson Greil Group in 2002, after almost 25 years in senior management with a range
of companies – f
rom startups to a Fortune 50 – in the health care, manufacturing and forest products industries.
During twelve years with International Paper, she moved from a senior management position in global information systems
directing strategic planning, quality, and leadership development to a senior consultant responsible for major business change
programs throughout the organization.
Mary Jo holds two master degrees and a doctorate, and continues to pursue training and certifications on the leading edge
of personal and organizational development. Her training and certification includes:
• Immunity to Change: Train the Trainers Institue (Bob Kegan, Harvard)
• Appreciative Inquiry Certification (David Cooperrider, Case Western Reserve University)
