Mary Jo's Profile.

Dr. Mary Jo Greil founded the Carson Greil Group, LLC, out of a passion to help leaders grow—both individually and corporately. Business professionals throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe have benefited from her Organizational Change Consulting, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching services.

With over twenty years experience in the steel, healthcare, and forest product industries, Greil has worked with startup and midcap businesses as well as a Fortune 50 company. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in launching large-scale initiatives. During the 1990s, Greil became the Sector Systems Manager of a $7 billion sector of International Paper and directed a leadership development and organizational business change effort that trained and developed 6,000 employees.

Since starting Carson Greil in 2002, Greil has donated some of her time to community development. In 2004, Memphis Woman Magazine showcased Greil in their list of "50 Women Who Make a Difference," and in 2007, Greil partnered with four Memphis-based organizations to launch Imagine Memphis, a program dedicated to bringing youth and adults together in appreciation of each other and the strengths of Memphis to create a more vital future for Memphis.
