Greil holds two masters degrees, one in Curriculum and Instruction and another in Telecommunications and Information Systems Management, as well as a doctorate in Management Information Systems. She has also completed certificate programs with experts in fields relating to organizational and leadership development: Peter Senge (Systems Thinking), David Cooperrider (Appreciative Inquiry), Robert Kegan (Immunity to Change), Frederic Hudson (Executive Coaching), and Richard Strozzi Heckler (Embodied Leadership).
