At Carson Greil, we believe effective leadership begins with self-awareness. That’s why our leadership development program focuses first on developing participants’ understanding of themselves, their positions, and their relationships—then on applying this knowledge in their day-to-day work environment. This approach incorporates theories from the fields of experiential learning, cognitive development, adult education, and Appreciative Inquiry, as well as ongoing research in the leadership process.

Unlike some leadership development programs, we customize our services to fit your unique organizational culture and needs. We embrace your current leadership and operate on the assumption that each person has his or her own internal wisdom. Rather than "teaching," our leadership consultants listen and facilitate hands-on exercises that tap into that wisdom, enabling participants to discover their potential and become more effective leaders. We have seen this approach work dozens of times, benefiting participants individually and the company as a whole.

Our program provides a creative learning environment suited to small or large groups, and can be adapted to a range of personnel, from new professionals to senior management, from intact teams to a mixture of individuals from different business units.
