Its interwoven techniques increase the ability to recognize individual needs and strengths and use them as guides to action in work and in life.
Carson Greil founded the Transformative Leadership Institute recognizing the critical importance of leadership development that is business relevant, customized for a specific culture, and yet invites the participant into deeper self awareness. The expectation is to deliver to these requirements over a maximum of three-day intensives rather than a couple of weeks away from the office.
The Transformative Leadership Institute has high impact, delivers a relevant experience, and still accommodates the schedules of busy executives and senior management. The content is based on proven adult development theory that accelerates adults moving into deeper self-awareness. In addition it weaves research that demonstrates business relevancy.
